Learning shouldn’t be limited to the school calendar. Smarter Bees offers flexible, personalized tutoring in reading, math, Wilson Reading, IEPs, and more, throughout the school year and summer. Whether your learner needs review, enrichment, or extra preparation for the next grade, we keep minds buzzing year-round. 

Busy Bee sessions are a new offering designed to provide short, focused support for homework completion and skill practice in reading, writing, and math. They reinforce classroom learning, encourage organization and task follow‑through, and build learner confidence.

Created with accessibility in mind, these sessions offer a practical option for families who may prefer a lighter commitment than our full‑length services. Busy Bee sessions are ideal for consistent reinforcement rather than intensive intervention.

At Smarter Bees, we help young readers and writers take flight with strong foundational skills. Our ELA tutoring builds confidence in reading comprehension, phonics, phonemic awareness, writing, and grammar. Using research-based methods and a nurturing approach, we tailor each lesson to meet students where they are and help them soar to new heights in literacy.

At Smarter Bees, we turn tricky numbers into stepping stones for success. Our math tutoring focuses on building strong foundations, boosting problem-solving skills, and creating confident, capable mathematicians. Whether it’s operations, fractions, or early algebra, our hive helps learners tackle challenges with a sense of curiosity and pride.

With certified Wilson Reading System® instruction, Smarter Bees offers structured, research-based reading support for students who need an extra lift. Our lessons focus on decoding, fluency, and spelling through direct, multisensory instruction rooted in the science of reading. We help struggling readers find their wings and develop the skills needed for lasting success. This program starts with learners in second grade.
